Looking for a highly organized and meticulous Assistant Property Manager for an Apartment Community in College Station, Texas. Primary duties will include effectively computing, classifying, and recording numerical data to keep financial records complete while assisting with the leasing, marketing, and resident relations for the community.

Primary Responsibilities

• Building positive relationships with prospective and current tenants

• Overseeing the timely and successful completion of maintenance requests

• Showing properties to prospective tenants and answering relevant questions

• Preparing and executing detailed and legally compliant lease agreements

• Overseeing all financial procedures including verifying renter income, processing monthly payments, and executing default protocols

• Creating organizational systems to support accurate record keeping, efficient financial transactions and prompt renter complaint resolution

Position Requirements

• Highly developed written and oral communication skills, including the ability to communicate across digital platforms and in-person

• Attention to detail

• Effective time management, including prioritization of time sensitive items and the ability to meet deadlines

• Organizational skills

• Strong interpersonal skills to support relationships with a broad range of stakeholders

• Knowledge of regional and national real estate laws and guidelines for rental property

• Proficiency with word processing software and other related tools

Education

· A high school diploma is required

· Must be able to work a flexible workweek as required
