Description

The End of Line Tester reports to the Team Leader and preforms end of line testing on finished commercial foodservice equipment.

Summary

Perform comprehensive end-of-line testing on units using established testing procedures and equipment.

Inspect finished products for defects, irregularities, and deviations from specifications.

Conduct functional tests to verify product performance and reliability.

Record test results accurately and maintain detailed documentation of testing procedures and outcomes.

Identify and troubleshoot any issues or malfunctions encountered during testing and collaborate with relevant teams to resolve them.

Calibrate testing equipment regularly to ensure accuracy and reliability of test results.

Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including manufacturing, quality control, and engineering, to address any quality-related concerns and implement corrective actions.

Adhere to safety protocols and procedures at all times to maintain a safe working environment.

Requirements

Job Requirements

High school diploma or equivalent; Associate's degree or technical certification in a relevant field a plus.

Strong attention to detail and ability to perform repetitive tasks with accuracy.

Basic computer skills to log/interact with testing data.

Solid understanding of manufacturing processes and quality assurance principles.

Excellent problem-solving skills and ability to troubleshoot technical issues effectively.

Good communication skills and ability to work collaboratively in a team environment.

Ability to work efficiently under pressure and meet tight deadlines.

Willingness to adhere to strict quality standards and protocols

Able to lift 50LB, bend, stoop, twist, walk, and stand for extended periods

Starting Rate of $18.42/hr

Benefits beginning 1st of the month following first 60 days.
