They are seeking talented Data Analysts that can help their team and help to make better decisions with data. The ideal candidate will have experience with cybersecurity and Splunk, as well as strong analytical and communication skills.
What you can expect to do: 
-Perform data evaluations, analysis, and define requirements
-Create data customizations, anticipate changes in data capacity and perform sensitivity analysis
-Analyze and define data requirements and specifications, assess validity of source data and collect metrics and trending data
-Read, interpret, write, modify, and execute simple scripts on Windows and UNIX using different programming languages
-Apply cybersecurity and privacy principles to organizational requirements (relevant to confidentiality, integrity, availability, authentication, non-repudiation)
-Develop data standards, policies, and procedures and conduct hypothesis testing using statistical processes
-Document implementation of mathematical, data science, and/or computer science methods
-Identify common encoding techniques and assess predictive power and generalizability of models
What you'll need for consideration:
-Six (6) years of demonstrated experience as a data analyst in programs and contracts of similar scope, type, and complexity
-Three (3) years of demonstrated experience in cybersecurity activities in programs and contracts of similar scope, type, and complexity
- BS in a related field (Computer Science, Cybersecurity, Information Systems, Data Science, etc)
- Experience using Splunk is required, certifications are highly desirable
US Citizenship and an active TS/SCI FS Poly are required for consideration. 
Worksite is located in the Annapolis Junction, MD area and requires onsite work Mon-Fri, 8am-5pm.
