Job Overview:

We are seeking a Supervisor position to oversee and manage the daily operations of our cleaning business. The ideal candidate will have experience in the residential and commercial cleaning business or willing to be trained in all the service lines and has had experience in a supervisory position, you will be responsible for supervising staff, ensuring cleanliness standards are met, and maintaining a safe environment.

Duties:

- Manage and supervise a team of cleaning and maintenance staff

- Be able to go out with cleaning staff on jobs on a daily basis
- Coordinate daily scheduled cleaning jobs to ensure efficient operations
- Inspect facilities regularly to ensure cleanliness and safety standards are met
- Train new employees on cleaning procedures and safety protocols
- Handle customer inquiries and concerns in a professional manner
- Monitor inventory of cleaning supplies and equipment
- Implement and enforce company policies and procedures

Skills:

- Strong leadership skills with the ability to motivate and manage a team
- Experience in residential and commercial cleaning,
- Excellent communication skills both verbal and written
- Ability to prioritize tasks and meet deadlines effectively
