The Lead Payroll Practitioner is primarily responsible for processing weekly and biweekly hourly and salary payrolls while maintaining compliance with all applicable Federal and State regulations, maintaining data integrity, and validating integrations between PowerMagic, HR and Payroll systems.
Works in close partnership with the Finance and Human Resource Department to ensure coordination of activities, appropriate controls, well-documented and streamlined processes, and a high level of customer service.
The Lead Payroll Practitioner will report directly to the Payroll
Manager.
