We are looking for a motivated Technician Development Supervisor (TDS) who will have direct accountability for the orientation, training, and ongoing professional development of our branches Technicians. The TDS will coordinate and deliver all training required by the quality and proficiency standards of the company and provide expertise and guidance to crews both in training and in the field and provide development for technicians and help the cleaning technician meet career goals.

Duties & Responsibilities:

• Design, plan, organize, or direct orientation and training programs

• Offer specific training programs to help employees maintain or improve job skills

• Provide job specific safety training, including New Hire Safety Training and Driving Safety

• Conduct morning meetings on sales, service, and safety topics

• Model company values and culture into the day-to-day interactions and decision-making

• Lead and manage production personnel consistent with the company’s vision and mission

• Provide consistent interaction with production staff regularly

• Preform weekly crew visits and document the efficiency and productivity

• Develop action plans for individuals that are outside of the scheduled progress. Provide follow-up training, as required

Skills, Experience and Requirements:

• Previous training and management experience

• Administrative skills

• Ability to motivate the team

• Excellent time management and organizational skills

• Ability to interact effectively with management, customers and, employees

• Working knowledge of Microsoft Office

• Ability to move/lift 50lbs (avg)
