The Hilton Charlotte Hilton is an upscale full-service property featuring 400 state of the art guestrooms and 35,000 ft. of banquet space in the heart of Uptown Charlotte. At the Hilton Charlotte Uptown, team members enjoy a fun and caring environment where individual contributions are valued and celebrated every day. We are currently looking for a Security Officer to join our team!
Security team members are an integral part of delivering our Hilton guest service as they assist our guests in a variety of ways during their stay. Main responsibilities of the Security Officer role include patrol of the hotel, assist with situations related to safety of hotel guests, assisting with door lock access, coordinate expedient response to emergency conditions such as fire alarms or any other safety and security situations in a calm and professional manner. Respond to any incidents regarding the security and safety of hotel guests, team members, patrons and property. The Security Officer will assist with guest services that may include delivery of packages, luggage, wheelchairs and/or other needed equipment. The Security Officer will respond to incoming calls and respond in a prompt manner. The Security Officer will observe and monitor hotel camera system as well as the life safety fire system installed at the property.
Available shifts include variety of day/night and weekend shifts. Available Security positions includes blend of 1st and 2nd shifts. First shift coverage is typically during 7am-3pm, 2nd shift coverage is 3pm-11pm. Overnight shift is also available from 11pm-7am if candidate is available for those shifts.
