Who YOU are:

• Ability to read and to interpret financial data.
• Ability to communicate, both verbal and written
• Ability to perform necessary computer related input.
• Ability to handle daily routine with moderate freedom to interpret or to act upon various situations.
• Present a positive professional image.
• Interact daily with more than one department.
• Knowledge of rules and regulations pertaining to the assigned duties
• High school degree and 0-2 years related experience and/or training; or equivalent combination of education and experience.

What YOU’LL do:

• Learn and cross-train departmental duties of the credit union.
• Track and monitor hazard and flood insurance.
• Respond to day-to-day member loan inquiries and servicing needs via multiple communication channels.
• Maintain requests for loan files to and from off-site storage.
• Conduct monthly inventory of original Notes. 
• Perform specific and delegated administrative duties, as assigned by management.
• Must comply with applicable laws and regulations, including but not limited to, the Bank Secrecy Act, the Patriot Act and the Office of Foreign Assets Control.
