Position Profile:

Standley Systems’ Billing Team Lead will be responsible for ensuring contracts are billing accurately and on time as well as overseeing all functions of meter collection and input and supervising each meter administrator. This position will report directly to the Client Care Department Manager.

Description:

• Maintain superior attendance and punctuality for yourself during normal business hours
• Continually provide training for all meter administrators
• Bill contracts daily
• Bill all contracts on time
• Bill all Contracts in the Correct Billing Period
• Bill all contracts with 99.9% accuracy over rolling 3-month periods
• Ensure meter readings are collected and input on time
• Ensure accurate meters are given on time to each third party
• Ensure imports into EA happen when scheduled and imported correctly
• Ensure equipment records are maintained

1. Meter reading contacts
2. Automatic meter requests

• Answer client questions regarding meter readings
• Quickly and accurately correct and communicate directly with the client any billing errors that occur

• Monitor and track continuous billing issues
• Monitor the Meter’s email inbox to ensure meters are entered daily (Meters, Savin, Kyocera)
• Implement and monitor meter escalation process
• Be able to recognize discrepancies when billing, Investigate and resolve
• Continuously look for improvement opportunities
• Maintain department work instructions

Requirements:

• Highly organized and able to multi-task
• Able to work in a team environment
• Good verbal and written communication skills
• Proficient in Microsoft Word, Excel ,Power Bi
• Associates or bachelor’s degree and/or related work experience
• Good driving record, valid driver’s license, and proof of insurance

Physical Requirements

• Must be able to pass drug and alcohol screen. Standley Systems has federal contracts that require compliance with the Drug-Free Workplace Act of 1988, therefore medical marijuana license-holders who test positive for marijuana will not be qualified for the position.
