Position Profile
Standley Systems is looking for a detail-oriented Quality Assurance Specialist to review internal processes, identify opportunities for improvement, and collaborate to build solutions. This is an excellent opportunity for a positive individual seeking a role in a successful, values-based company with a healthy work culture. The Quality Assurance Specialist will study processes that directly affect the experience of Standley Systems' clients. Besides previous experience with quality systems, the successful candidate will also bring a strong business mind, demonstrate the ability to build trust, exhibit curiosity, possess basic analytic skills, and be an excellent communicator. The ideal candidate has industry as well as project management experience and understands ISO standards. Working from our Chickasha office, the Quality Assurance Specialist will be a valued member of our Operations team.
Primary Responsibilities
  • Fully embrace Standley Systems' core values
  • Review assigned processes for quality issues (e.g., safety, conformity, client experience, automation, and efficiency)
  • Collect and analyze data as needed
  • Document findings
  • Report on successes as well as opportunities for improvement
  • Collaborate organization wide as needed to design and implement improved processes
Qualifications

Computer Skills
  • Microsoft Outlook, Word, Excel, PowerPoint, and Teams proficiency required
Education
  • Associates degree or above required
  • Bachelor's degree in applicable field preferred
  • Master's degree in applicable field highly preferred
Experience
  • Business experience required
  • Quality systems experience required
  • Data analysis experience required
  • Industry experience preferred
  • LEAN Six Sigma - Minimum - Green Belt
  • Project management experience required
  • ISO experience highly preferred
  • Certificates, Licenses, and Registrations
  • Driver's license and insurance required

  • Travel to other Standley Systems offices and customer sites during normal business hours required
  • Must be able to pass drug and alcohol screen. Standley Systems has federal contracts that require compliance with the Drug-Free Workplace Act of 1988, therefore medical marijuana license-holders who test positive for marijuana will not be qualified for the position.
