Job Description:

We are seeking a highly motivated, self starting and experienced IT Specialist to join our team. This is not a support desk position and there will be no script to follow to resolve issues. We need a professional that has experience in implementing and managing administrative systems, providing technical support to employees, project management and troubleshooting hardware and software problems in the company. You will be working along side our current IT Specialist as we transition them to work out in the field so it's important that you are a self starter and can work independently and efficiently.

Responsibilities:

  • Implement and manage administrative systems
  • Provide technical support to users
  • Troubleshoot hardware and software problems
  • Maintain and upgrade computer systems
  • Ensure the security of company data
  • Stay up-to-date on the latest technology trends

Qualifications:

  • Experience in IT for at least 3 years (Those 3 years can not be just help desk experience)
  • Experience with implementing and managing administrative systems
  • Project management
  • Strong knowledge of computer hardware and software
  • Excellent problem-solving skills
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team
  • Experience with Citrix is a plus
  • Knowledge in the Oil Field is a plus

Compensation:

$45,000-$70,000 per year

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: $45,000.00 - $70,000.00 per year
