As a Field Service Representative you will act as a liaison with production, engineering, sales and customers in resolving customer problems and complaints
What you’ll do :
- Preparing for field service trip, booking flights and hotels
- Gathering / ordering parts as required for job and shipping to job site
- Fly and / or drive to necessary areas to perform field work
- Travel to remote countries may be required
- Cross border traveling
- Provides technical support and maintenance to customers in the field by dismantling, cleaning, repairing, inspection, assembly and / or testing customer engines or accessories
- Perform scheduled maintenance as part of preventative maintenance program
- Assures that all services rendered are in compliance with customer, regulatory and company requirements
- Follows and utilizes manuals
- Maintains detailed documentations and appropriate paperwork following completion of a serviceable job
- Maintains written reports on all pertinent incidents, accidents, problems and complaints
- Takes pictures as required for documentation
- Assesses supplied information and troubleshoots to determine most effective action required.
Position Requirements :
- A&P License
- Knowledge of PT6 and JD15D engines.
- Excellent communication skills
- Ability to travel worldwide.
- Ability to work with minimal supervision.
