Stand 8 is Hiring an IMPLEMENTATION MANAGER Near Canonsburg, PA

STAND 8 provides end to end IT solutions to enterprise partners across the United States and with offices in Charlotte, LA, Atlanta, New York and more.
The Supplier Implementation Manager owns the process for on-boarding, compliance, and managing the performance of our construction contractors. As part of these responsibilities, the role is charged with the timely (14-days) conversion of prospective suppliers into qualified suppliers. Subsequent to on-boarding, the role works closely with the compliance management team to ensure the contractor adheres to requirements and processes. The Construction Supplier Manager also monitors overall contractor performance and helps the operational areas address performance related issues including corrective action plan and improvement initiatives.
Essential Job Functions
  • Build and foster a robust and cooperative relationship between company and new contractors.
  • Provide periodic updates to management and other business stakeholders on the status of contractors requested for qualification. Inform management and business stakeholders of potential risks which may prevent a contractor from becoming qualified.
  • Report on performance against established KPI’s for contractor qualification.
  • Monitor and prioritize tasks daily to ensure objectives are being met and new contractors are ready for implementation.
  • Collaborate with operation teams to finish defining a supplier performance management process and tool and subsequently implement the tool.
  • Establish process and tools to implement a quarterly business review of under/over performing suppliers with the operations team.
  • Build corrective action plans with/for deficient suppliers and monitor progress.
  • Coordinate with the Supply Chain Compliance team to understand policies and procedures and validate that Construction Contractors are conforming.
  • Must be able to work effectively with a variety of internal and external parties to achieve results.
  • Demonstrate excellent relationship management, organizational and time management skills.

Education/Certifications
  • Bachelor’s Degree in Supply Chain, Business, or related field preferred and/or equivalent experience
Experience/Minimum Requirements
  • 5 (Five) plus years of experience in supply chain management, construction management, business operations and/or related field
  • Knowledge of contractor insurance and safety requirements
  • Strong computer skills especially Microsoft Office (Excel, Word, Power Point)
  • Knowledge of ERP systems (i.e. JDE, Oracle)
  • Knowledge of 3rd party supplier risk management systems (i.e. Avetta)
The US base range for this position is $40-60/hour. Our salary ranges are determined by role, level, and location. The range displayed on each job posting reflects the minimum and maximum target for new hire salaries for the position across all US locations. Within the range, individual pay is determined by work location and additional factors, including job-related skills, experience, and relevant education or training.
