We are seeking an Associate Broadcast, Desktop & Client Services Technician to work in Los Angeles, CA, in a friendly and fast-paced environment. This position is for Monday-Friday 7AM to 4PM base hours. Some overtime/weekend work is expected based on broadcast schedule. The technician will report to the Enterprise Technology Manager of Desktop and Client Services based out of Washington, DC., with an additional reporting line into the local Broadcast Engineering Manager. The ideal candidate will possess excellent troubleshooting skills utilizing logical processes. The candidate must have the ability to clearly communicate technical topics both verbally and in writing. They should be able to work independently to prioritize tasks and ensure accurate completion of tasks. Strong desire to provide world-class customer support is essential success. In this role, having a sense of urgency and escalation to the appropriate team is also key.

The US base range for this contract position is $25-$40/hour. Our salary ranges are determined by role, level, and location. The range displayed on each job posting reflects the minimum and maximum target for new hire salaries for the position across all US locations. Within the range, individual pay is determined by work location and additional factors, including job-related skills, experience, and relevant education or training
