Stahl Truck Bodies is Hiring a Director of National Accounts – Arbortech Near Wooster, OH

Position Summary: The Director of National Accounts will serve as the face of Arbortech in the tree care industry across the country. This leader is responsible for developing and executing a proactive Arbortech plan to take market share and grow sales nationally in the tree care industry. This role requires a dynamic sales professional with a proven track record of creating and fostering strategic relationships with priority account partners in a fast-paced environment. Success is achieved through securing incremental Arbortech business with existing partners and expanding our platform by identifying new opportunities and converting competitively owned organizations.

Essential Duties and Responsibilities:

  • Develop and implement strategic plans to achieve Arbortech sales targets and maximize revenue growth through strategic account channels.
  • Build and maintain relationships with key strategic account partners, including negotiating contracts and agreements to ensure mutually beneficial outcomes.
  • Collaborate cross-functionally with internal teams across sales, marketing, product development, and operations to align strategies and support the needs of strategic account partners.
  • Analyze market trends, competitor activities, and customer insights to identify opportunities for business expansion and differentiation within strategic accounts.
  • Lead and motivate a support team to drive performance, meet objectives, and exceed customer expectations.
  • Provide regular reporting and analysis of sales performance, market trends, and key metrics to senior management, with actionable recommendations for improvement.
  • Stay abreast of industry developments, regulatory changes, and emerging technologies to inform decision-making and maintain a competitive edge.

Requirements:

  • Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or related field; MBA preferred.
  • Minimum of 5 years of experience in strategic account sales or business development, with a proven track record of driving revenue growth and building successful partnerships.
  • Strong understanding of tree industry market dynamics, trends, and competitive landscape.
  • Excellent communication, negotiation, and presentation skills, with the ability to influence stakeholders at all levels.
  • Demonstrated leadership abilities, with experience managing and developing high-performing teams.
  • Strategic thinker with a results-oriented mindset and the ability to thrive in a fast-paced, entrepreneurial environment.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite; experience with data analysis tools preferred.
  • Willingness to travel as needed.
