Schedule:
- Full Time QMAP: Sunday - Thursday

Requirements
POSITION OVERVIEW
- Administers medications to residents based on the seven Rights; Person, Right Drug, Right Dose, Right Route, Right Time, Right Documentation, Right of the Client to Refuse
- Ensure residents privacy, respect and dignity.
- Detect, correct, and report unsafe conditions which may result in harm to a resident.
- Assure physical comfort, safety, and mental well-being of residents.
- Assist in daily requirements and tasks in care and treatment of residents, such as toileting, grooming, bathing, feeding, dressing, observing intake of food, care of hair and nails, moving residents from area to area, responding to calls, etc.
- QMAP Certified in State of Colorado
- Minimum High School Diploma or GED
- Hard Working
- Accountable
- Eager to learn and to be a part of a strong team.
- Open Availability
- Pass Background Check – NO DRUG CHARGES
- Pass Routine TB Test
