1st shift Production Associate – Applicator

Staffworks is looking for an experienced Picker/Packagers to work in our Liverpool , NY location .

The ideal candidate should have previous warehouse experience.

Requirements of the Production Associate – Applicator

· High School Diploma or GED preferred

· Previous warehouse experience of 1 years

· Ability to work independently in a fast paced environment

· Maintaining production levels and quality standard

· Ability to lift to 50lbs , and be able to work at heights

· Steel toe boots/shoes

● There are several schedule choices to pick from .

● 1st shift 8am until 4:30pm : overtime on Saturdays

● $20.00 per hour

 Responsibilities of the Production Associate – Applicator

Ability to safely operate equipment and to follow all safety policies

· Will be moving goods throughout warehouse

· Ability to read English as you will be using pick sheets

· Must be able to work between departments depending on company daily and hourly needs

· Great attendance is crucial to your success at this job.

· Ability to lift 50 pounds

· Outstanding attendance record

· Reliable Transportation needed.

· Responsible for processing raw and printed materials according to Process Work Instructions (PWI).

· Punctual and dependable, and ready to begin work on time each day and follow all time and attendance policies, safety policies and company policies.

· Set up, monitor, and use water table according to operating and quality standards.

· Break down and clean the water table and surrounding area, ensuring all tools and materials are prepared for future use.

· Monitor the temperature and humidity of the graphics storage area and adjust to the appropriate levels.

· Properly apply graphic application on surfaces with no wrinkles or bubbles, and with proper alignment.

· Collaborate with other team members regarding work processes, tasks, and graphic application methods.

· Optimize downtime by participating in cross training and seeking tasks outside of regular responsibilities to support other areas of production.

· Support training in graphic application operations as needed.

· Actively identify opportunities to improve production efficiencies and collaborate with Production Supervisor on implementing solutions.

· Performs work accurately and thoroughly, detecting and correcting errors as they occur.

· Regularly meets production goals set daily while maintaining a high-quality standard of products.

· Follow all prescribed safety and housekeeping guidelines, including use of appropriate personal protective equipment (PPE).

· Must be able to work overtime as necessary.
