Job Summary :
- Ability to review prints and drawings and implement setup of equipment.
- Monitor machined parts to production rates.
- Complete timely and accurate paperwork.
- Ability to prioritize job assignments.
- Inspect parts to ensure accuracy and customer expectations.
- Experience coaching, training, and leading a small team.
- Strong communication skills.
Job requirements :
- Prior Supervisory experience
- Ability to program, set up and operate machinery.
