Job Summary:
We are seeking a highly skilled On-Site Technical Support Specialist to join our team. As a Technical Support Specialist, you will be responsible for providing Tier II technical assistance and support to our internal teams. Your expertise in IT infrastructure, troubleshooting, and customer service will be crucial in ensuring the smooth operation of our systems.

Responsibilities:
- Provide technical support to clients via phone, email, or in-person
- Diagnose and resolve technical issues related to hardware, software, and network connectivity
- Assist with the installation, configuration, and maintenance of computer systems
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to troubleshoot complex technical problems
- Document and track all support tickets in our ticketing system
- Conduct training sessions for end-users on software applications and systems
- Stay up-to-date with the latest technology trends and advancements in IT infrastructure

Requirements:
- Bachelor's degree in Computer Science or related field (or equivalent work experience)
- Proven experience as a Technical Support Specialist or similar role
- Strong knowledge of IT infrastructure, including hardware, software, and network administration
- Proficiency in ServiceNow or similar ticketing system
- Familiarity with Windows operating systems, Active Directory, and Office Suite
- Understanding of firewall configurations and security protocols
- Excellent problem-solving skills and attention to detail
- Strong communication and customer service skills
