Receptionist Job Description

• Establish relationships with customers and follow up based on their needs.
• Respond to inquiries regarding insurance availability, eligibility, coverage, policy changes, etc.
• Educate customers about insurance options.
• Provide excellent customer service skills while maintaining the front desk.
• Other administrative tasks.
