We think veterinary receptionists have the most important job in our hospitals. That is why we are looking for someone who can coordinate patient care while providing excellent client service. Your smiling face is the first thing our clients see when they walk through the door, and the last thing they see before they leave. Rose Veterinary Management Group has 4 privately owned hospitals in the area and one Urgent Care. Our hospitals are Rose Animal Clinic, Animal Hospital of Centerton, Animal Hospital of Bentonville, Midcities Animal Hospital, and Northwest Arkansas Animal Urgent Care.

This position is for our Urgent Care. Hours of operation are M-F 4 pm - 11 pm and Sat/Sun 12 pm - 11 pm.

Responsibilities

• Answering phones with multiple lines ringing at once
• Data Entry
• Filing
• Scheduling appointments
• Checking clients in and out
• Follow up calls
• Troubleshooting problems and finding solutions
• Ensuring client and patient information is correct
• Preparing documents for the next day
• Going over consent forms with clients
• Answering e-mails and text messages in a timely manner
• Requesting and sending patient records in a timely manner
• Ensure cleanliness of lobby and exam rooms
• Perform other duties as assigned

• Experience with Avimark a plus
• Veterinary office experience a plus, but not required. We will train the right individual!
