Staffing Solutions of Hawaii is seeking a Data Entry Representative to join a growing and dynamic team!

Job Description:

• Evaluate, interpret, and process clinical review requests
• Maintain vendor authorization files
• Resolve and document inquiries, issues, and complaints received
• Answer calls from providers and members
• Handle and maintain error/balance reports
• Monitor and process clinical review requests received online
• Perform other clerical duties as assigned

Position Requirements:

• Proficient with PC and Microsoft Office products
• Effective verbal and written communication skills
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
• Ability to multi-task and work with minimal supervision
