Job Overview:
Our client in North Carolina is seeking Board Certified Behavioral Analysts (BCBA) to join the team on a full time basis. Full time BCBA opportunities available in Charlotte, Concord, Gastonia, Triad Area. Applicants looking to relocate are encouraged to apply
As a BCBA, you will be responsible for providing behavioral therapy and support to individuals with Autism Spectrum Disorder. This is a rewarding opportunity to make a positive impact on the lives of children and their families.
BCBA Duties:
- Conduct diagnostic evaluations and assessments to determine individual needs
- Develop and implement behavior intervention plans based on assessment results
- Provide direct patient care and behavioral therapy to children with developmental disabilities
- Collect and analyze data to monitor progress and make necessary adjustments to treatment plans
- Collaborate with interdisciplinary teams, including special education teachers, speech therapists, and occupational therapists, to ensure coordinated care
- Maintain accurate and up-to-date medical records in compliance with regulatory standards
- Stay current on the latest research and best practices in the field of behavior analysis
Qualifications:
- Must hold a valid certification as a Board Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA)
- Experience working with individuals with developmental disabilities, particularly children, is preferred
- Strong knowledge of behavioral therapy techniques and methodologies
- Proficient in conducting diagnostic evaluations and assessments
- Familiarity with medical terminology related to developmental disabilities
- Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal
- Ability to work collaboratively as part of a team
- Strong organizational skills and attention to detail
