Staffing Alternatives is looking for an individual (bilingual in English/Spanish) who is interested in being the Onsite Manager at one of our largest client's warehouse facilities in Garden City, GA.  Third shift, Monday through Thursday - 10 hour days - only a 4-day work week!! This person must have a strong sense of responsibility and urgency about him/her. You must be able to communicate with coworkers and our client company to schedule, manage, coach and counsel temporary associates. Essential Responsibilities:

• Supervise temporary industrial field staff

• Serve as the main point of contact between our agency and client 
• Perform safety inspections on a daily basis
• Assist/guide temporary associates 

Specific Abilities:

• Able to work M-TH, 5p - 3:30a
• Warehouse supervisory experience necessary
• Previous staffing experience a plus
• Customer service experience a plus
• Reliable transportation
