This person must have a strong sense of responsibility and urgency about him/her. You must be able to communicate with coworkers and our client company to schedule, manage, coach and counsel temporary associates. Essential Responsibilities:
• Supervise temporary industrial field staff
• Able to work M-F, 3:30pm - Midnight (with flexibility)
• Able to speak, read and write Spanish and English
• Serve as the main point of contact between our agency and client
• Perform safety inspections on a daily basis
• Assist/guide temporary associates
