Machine Operator Pay:
· $16-18/hr weekdays and $17-20 weekends First Shift
· $17-21/hr weekdays Second Shift
· $17-22/hr weekdays and $18-24/hr Weekends Third Shift
Machine Operator Shifts:
· First = Monday-Friday 6:30am-2:30pm, OR
Monday-Thursday 4:30am-2:30pm
· Second =Monday-Friday 2:30pm-10:30pm OR
Monday-Thursday 2:30pm-12:30am
· Third = Sunday-Thursday 10:30pm-6:30am
· Overtime required!
Machine Operator Duties:
- Defines and documents machine setup parameters for new and existing products.
- Achieves daily throughput and quality goals by maintaining uptime and accuracy of equipment.
- Understands the basic functionality and optimization of machine controllers, sensors, actuators, and other automated equipment.
- Performs daily/weekly maintenance on machinery according to maintenance procedures defined by OEM or maintenance department.
- Reads and understands operator instruction manuals and training documents.
- Perform preventative maintenance to the assigned equipment.
- Responsible for selection of data as per daily production schedule
- Adhere to all safety regulations about company policies and legal regulations.
- Produce high quality products in a timely manner with lowest scrap possible.
- Set up and operate all equipment in the assigned area.
Machine Operator Qualifications:
- GED or High school diploma
- Must have at least 3 professional references
- Must have own transportation.
- Basic math and English reading skills
- Pass a drug screen.
- Willing to work overtime.
