Our client in Cuyahoga Falls is looking for Machine Operators Trainees (VCG/Gantry/Sheet Polish) to join their team!

Shift

• 1st Shift Monday - Friday 6:00AM-2:30PM.

• Occasional overtime offered.

Pay

• $17-$20/hour, based on interview and experience

Responsibilities

• Set Up and Operate multiblade/rewinding machine according to customer specifications.

• Start and stop machine. load/feed machine, and monitor machine operations.

• Select speeds and feeds and determine operational sequences and tooling arrangements.

• Ensures effective operation of equipment by completing preventive maintenance requirements.

• Monitor production to insure quality and perform verifications and inspections of the product in the machine.

• Responsible for operations, loading and unloading material and parts, proving programs, operating controls, setting offsets, deburring, and inspection of quality parts for conformance to requirements.

• Troubleshoot potential issues with the machine.

• Observe flow of material through machine to detect irregular slitting.

• Review slitting orders and maintain accurate documentation.

Requirements

• High School Diploma or GED.

• 1-2 years of machine operating experience.

• Mechanically inclined · Knowledge of machinery and tools.

• Must have basic mathematical concepts and math skills.

• Must be able to use a variety of precision measuring instruments.

• Must be able to lift 50 pounds and full mobility.
