Our client in Akron is looking for a part-time Health Benefits Administrator to join their team!

Shift

• 1st Shift Monday-Friday 9:00am-2:00pm

• 25 hours per week

Pay

• $20.00 per hour

Responsibilities

• Prepare new proposals and renewals for clients

• Handle correspondence and clerical processing of accounts

• Help clients make coverage changes

• Create and maintain relationships with new and existing clientele

• Educate clients, as well as agents, about policy coverage and carrier updates

• Answer phones

• Additional support duties as requested

Requirements

• Knowledge and Understanding of the Health Care and Health Insurance Market

• Knowledge and Understanding of Medicare Market

• Knowledge of Basic Computer Skills including Microsoft Excel, Outlook, and Word among other Industry Based Management Programs

• Ability to Multi-task

• Organizational and Problem Solving Skills

• Ability to Communicate well with Producers, Clients, and Carrier Representatives

• Self-Motivated with a Positive, Can-Do Attitude

• Work Well in a Team Environment
