Rate: $65 to $70 hourly, weekly pay

Job Summary:

Our company is urgently seeking an experienced Interim Nursing Home Administrator to lead the operations of our skilled nursing facility in Savannah, MO. As the Interim Nursing Home Administrator, you will oversee all aspects of the facility's management, ensuring compliance with state and federal regulations while delivering exceptional care to our residents. This is a temporary position with the potential for permanent placement.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Provide effective leadership and direction to staff members, fostering a culture of compassion and excellence in care delivery.
  • Manage day-to-day operations, including financial management, staffing, and regulatory compliance.
  • Collaborate with healthcare professionals to develop and implement resident care plans, ensuring individualized care that meets the highest standards.
  • Conduct regular audits and inspections to maintain compliance with state and federal regulations, including Medicare and Medicaid requirements.
  • Address and resolve any issues or concerns raised by residents, families, or staff members in a timely and compassionate manner.
  • Implement quality improvement initiatives to enhance the overall quality of care and resident satisfaction.
  • Recruit, hire, and train qualified staff members to maintain adequate staffing levels and ensure continuity of care.
  • Prepare reports and presentations for executive leadership and regulatory agencies as needed.

Qualifications:

  • Active Nursing Home Administrator license (LNHA) in the state of Missouri.
  • Bachelor's degree in Healthcare Administration, Business Administration, or related field (Master's degree preferred).
  • Minimum of 2-4 years of experience in a leadership role within a nursing home or long-term care facility.
  • Strong understanding of state and federal regulations governing nursing home operations.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to interact effectively with residents, families, and staff members.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and other relevant software applications.
  • Demonstrated ability to manage budgets and financial resources effectively.
  • Strong leadership skills, with the ability to motivate and inspire staff to provide outstanding care.
  • Flexibility to adapt to changing priorities and work effectively in a fast-paced environment.
