Contract details:

• Start Date: ASAP
• 4 -8 weeks (extension possibilities)
• Position: Travel RN
• Setting: SNF/LTC
• Location: Oregon (Medford, Junction City, Lebanon)
• Weekly Gross Pay of $2,600 a week
• Hourly Rate: $45.00 - $65.00 (taxable)
• OT Rate: $67.50 - $97.50
• Housing Stipend: $525 - $700 weekly (untaxed)
• Transportation: Rental Car paid by company or higher hourly rate

Requirements: OR state license, BLS, and previous SNF/LTC experience.

Responsibilities:
- Provide direct patient care in accordance with the Oregon State Board of Nursing regulations and facility policies.
- Perform catheterization, IV insertion, and tube feeding as needed.
- Utilize EMR and EHR systems to accurately document patient information and care provided.
- Conduct patient assessments, including physiological evaluations and health coaching when necessary.
- Manage airways and provide specialized care to patients with diverse needs, and individuals requiring ostomy care.
- Collaborate with healthcare team members to ensure comprehensive patient care and treatment plans.
- Stay updated on the latest nursing practices and technologies to deliver high-quality care.
- Adhere to all relevant regulations and best practices in nursing.
