Location: West Des Moines, IA

Schedule: 8 & 12 hour shifts! PRN, PT, or FT contracts available!

Must Have: Active LPN IA License and previous SNF/LTC experience.

Job Description:

• Administering medication
• Communicating changes in patient behavior or health status to Nurses, Physicians, and family members
• Maintaining accurate patient records
• Collecting specimen samples when needed
• Taking an active part in patient care planning
• Overseeing Certified Nursing Assistants and training
• Preparing patients for transfers or discharge
• Assisting in medical procedures
• Managing emergency medical situations

Qualifications:

• Current and active license to practice as an LPN in the state of IA.
• Previous SNF/LTC experience.
• Computer Technology.
• Must pass criminal background check
