Job Title: RN - SNF

Location: New York, NY, 10002

Job Type: 13 weeks of contract

Duties:

• Provide high-quality patient care in a Skilled Nursing Facility (SNF) setting.
• Utilize clinical knowledge and expertise in Long-Term Care (LTC) and Medical/Surgical (Med/Surg) nursing to deliver patient care.
• Collaborate with healthcare team members to develop and implement individualized care plans.
• Monitor patient health status and provide necessary interventions.
• Administer medications and treatments as prescribed.
• Document patient care activities accurately and promptly.
• Educate patients and their families on health conditions and care plans.
• Ensure compliance with all healthcare regulations and standards.

Skills:

• Minimum of 1 year of experience in Long-Term Care (LTC) and Medical/Surgical (Med/Surg) nursing.
• Proficiency in clinical nursing practices and patient care.
• Strong interpersonal and communication skills.
• Ability to work effectively in a team environment.
• Detail-oriented with excellent organizational skills.

Education:

• Required: New York State RN License
• Primary Source Verification
• American Heart Association (AHA) Basic Life Support (BLS) certification
