What You Will Be Doing
- Member of the Customer Service team and will work closely with Field Service and Warranty Coordinators regarding the collection of information for proper reporting.
- Close out and invoicing of Service Inspection Warranty and Repair orders.
- Communication with the customer is key and will be required in order to acknowledge orders and communicate on-site schedules.
What We Need From You
- 1 years in a coordination / admin role in a manufacturing environment
- Experience using SAP
- A strong and timely communicator, experience in a customer service / customer facing role is needed.
