Responsibilities

• Assist patients with activities of daily living, such as bathing, dressing, and toileting.
• Take and record patients' vital signs, including temperature, pulse, and blood pressure.
• Help to feed and assist patients with their meals.
• Provide emotional and psychological support to patients and their families.
• Assist in transferring and positioning patients safely and comfortably.
• Observe patients' conditions and report any changes to the nurses.
• Clean and maintain patient rooms and equipment.
• Follow infection control procedures and maintain a safe and clean environment.
