We are seeking a detail-oriented and highly organized Logistic Coordinator to join our team. As a Logistic Coordinator, you will be responsible for overseeing the movement, storage, and distribution of materials and products. Your role will involve managing inventory, coordinating shipments, and ensuring efficient order fulfillment. Duties:

• Track and oversee the movement of Over-The-Road (OTR) and rail containers across international borders.
• Ensure adherence to cross-border regulations and compliance standards.
• Effectively manage urgent situations requiring immediate response.
• Verify Invoices of Delivery (IOD) and Proof of Delivery (POD) while managing associated procedural tasks daily.
• Emphasize cost reduction and minimize ancillary expenses through strategic process enhancements and effective planning techniques.
• Conduct in-depth analysis of logistical data to anticipate and address deviations from standard procedures, implementing procedural adjustments to optimize efficiency and rectify inefficiencies within the logistics framework.
• Collaborate closely with transloading warehouses, overseeing tasks such as capacity planning, KPI management, and resolution of bottlenecks.
• Take the lead in formulating logistics business plans in coordination with the US logistics team, headquarters, and third-party logistics (3PL) service providers.
• Effectively manage inbound and outbound volumes at the transloading center, aligning resource allocation with production schedules and shipment volumes.

Short Term First Year Objectives:

• Gain an understanding of existing customer lane activities and carrier base.
• Become fluent in the company's approach systems and capabilities.
• Develop relationships with customers using all communication channels, including attending scheduled operations and operations assignment meetings.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: $45,000.00 - $50,000.00 per year
