This is a temporary task force position. Pay and duration of the assignment will vary based on location and project. If your placement is located outside of your place of residence; lodging provided, daily meal allowance, traveling expenses covered.

Requirements:

Job Description:

A Sales & Catering Administrative Support will be managing aspects of the sales process and coordinating catering services for events, from initial inquiry to post-event follow-up. Prior Hotel experience required.

Responsibilities:

· Assist in managing aspects of the sales process, including responding to initial inquiries, preparing proposals, and following up with clients to secure bookings.

· Coordinate catering services for events, from initial inquiry to post-event follow-up, ensuring that all details are executed according to client specifications.

· Serve as a point of contact for client inquiries, requests, and concerns, providing timely and professional assistance throughout the sales and catering process.

· Assist in the preparation, distribution, and organization of sales and catering-related documents, such as contracts, menus, and event orders.

· Collaborate with the sales and catering teams to plan and execute successful events, including menu selection, room setup, and logistics coordination.

· Communicate with vendors and suppliers to ensure timely delivery of catering supplies and materials, as well as coordination of additional event services as needed.

· Proactively identify and address any issues or challenges that may arise in the sales and catering process, seeking solutions to ensure customer satisfaction and operational efficiency.

Salary: From $1,000.00 per week

Meal Allowance: $280 per week

Transportation Allowance: $140 per week

Work Location: On the road

Job Type: Temporary

Pay: $1,000.00 per week

Schedule:

  • Evening shift
  • Monday to Friday
  • Morning shift
  • Night shift
  • Weekends as needed
