Stadler US is Hiring a Commissioning Team Lead Near Salt Lake, UT

As a Commissioning Team Lead, you will be responsible for preparing and conducting the testing of our passenger trains. You will lead and mentor and train a small Team during all aspects of the commissioning phases. Responsibilities & Qualifications
Writing test procedures according to vehicle schematics and specification
Managing, controlling and supervision of commissioning staff
Assist project management to fulfill contractual obligations
Commissioning, testing and troubleshooting of electrical circuits
Loading Software on various Subsystems, programming of PLC’s
Educating and training of staff
Supervise staff, projections and planning of milestones
All other duties as assigned
Travel within US (approx. 10% or TBD), potential several month’s training offsite
Requirements
Vocational training required (Electrical preferred)
5 years of testing modern passenger trains or similar experience
Familiar with Passenger Rail software tools such as STO3, Multirec, EVA
Skilled in using modern control- and power systems, vehicle-, brake-, and diagnostic software.
Highly reliable, great learning skills, management skills and ability to lead cross functional teams
Ability to work and coordinate in a small group, but also to work independently
Outstanding communication skills and a High standard of quality
Goal-oriented and structured approach in a dynamic environment
Languages: Fluent in English and German (preferred)
