Position Summary

The Office Administrator will be supporting a construction office project team. Will need to have good communication and organization skills and be capable of handling multiple responsibilities.

Essential Duties and Responsibilities

The essential functions include, but are not limited to the following:

  • General office duties as needed to support a busy office of 15 staff
  • Receptionist duties, answering phones
  • Mail distribution
  • Greet/Direct Visitors
  • Office & Facility Management
  • Ordering Office Supplies
  • Catering
  • Accounts Payable Processing

Matching/Coding/entering invoices

oEmployee Reimbursements

oMaintaining PO’s

oDealing with Invoice issues

Clearing Statements

oTruck tickets

  • Performing other duties as assigned

Minimum Qualifications (Knowledge, Skills, and Abilities)

  • Microsoft Office
  • Excel
  • Email
  • Attention to Detail
  • Reliable
  • Positive Attitude
  • Team Player

Preferred Skills (but can be trained on)

  • Bluebeam or Adobe PDF Editing Software
  • Viewpoint Accounting or Similar
  • HCSS or Similar
  • Payroll Experience/Time card management
