```Duties```
- Provide supervision and ensure the safety and well-being of all program participants
- Assist with homework help and academic support as needed
- Foster a positive and inclusive environment for all students
- Utilize behavior management strategies to promote positive behavior and conflict resolution
- Maintain open communication with parents/guardians regarding student updates

```Experience```
- Previous experience working with children in a school, daycare, or similar setting
- Familiarity with behavior management techniques
- Strong communication skills
