We are seeking a highly qualified and experienced Director of Nursing to join our team. The Director of Nursing will be responsible for overseeing all nursing operations within our facility, ensuring the delivery of quality care to our residents, and maintaining compliance with regulatory standards.

Responsibilities:

• Provide leadership and direction to nursing staff, including hiring, training, and performance management.
• Develop and implement nursing policies, procedures, and protocols to ensure high-quality care delivery.
• Monitor and assess residents' health and well-being, collaborating with healthcare professionals to develop individualized care plans.
• Ensure compliance with state and federal regulations, as well as facility policies and procedures.
• Foster a positive and collaborative work environment that promotes teamwork and professional development.
• Participate in quality improvement initiatives and strive for continuous improvement in nursing practices.

Qualifications:

• Current RN license in the state of New York
• Bachelor's degree in Nursing required or Master's preferred
• Experience in nursing leadership roles, preferably in a long-term care or nursing home setting.
• Strong knowledge of nursing best practices, regulations, and compliance standards.
• Excellent leadership, communication, and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to prioritize and manage multiple responsibilities effectively.

Pay: $96,616.00 - $135,000.00 per year
