The Position:
St. Patrick Center is hiring a Mental Health Specialist due to our agency expanding and so is our Permanent Supportive Housing Department. We are looking for candidates with exceptional interpersonal skills for the specialist position. The Mental Health Specialist will provide person centered mental health support to individuals who have previously experienced chronic homelessness, among other duties. Moreover, the Mental Health Specialist will conduct home visits, provide direct mental health support to program participants, and facilitate mental health and substance use education.
