Responsibilities:
- Patrol and monitor premises regularly to maintain a safe and secure environment
- Act as a visible deterrent to prevent unauthorized access or activities
- Respond promptly to alarms and incidents, including investigating disturbances
- Write detailed reports on incidents, observations, and any suspicious activities
- Monitor and control access at building entrances and vehicle gates
- Conduct security checks of individuals and vehicles entering or leaving the premises
- Operate security equipment such as CCTV cameras and alarm systems
- Provide assistance to customers, employees, and visitors in a professional manner

Skills:
- Military or law enforcement experience is preferred
- Valid security guard certificate/license is required
- Knowledge of first aid and CPR procedures is a plus
- Strong conflict management skills to handle difficult situations calmly and effectively
- Familiarity with CCTV systems for surveillance purposes
- Understanding of loss prevention techniques to minimize theft or damage
- Excellent observation skills to identify potential security risks or hazards
