Role Overview:
As the Elementary and Middle School Principal, you will lead with vision, compassion, and integrity to ensure the academic success and holistic development of our students. You will collaborate with teachers, parents, and the wider community to create a supportive learning environment that fosters intellectual curiosity, moral growth, and personal responsibility.

Responsibilities:

• Provide visionary leadership to uphold the school’s mission and values
• Foster a culture of academic excellence, innovation, and continuous improvement
• Recruit, retain, and support a team of highly qualified educators and staff
• Cultivate strong partnerships with parents, guardians, and community stakeholders
• Oversee curriculum development, implementation, and assessment
• Promote a positive and inclusive school climate that values diversity and respect
• Ensure compliance with all relevant regulations and policies
• Foster a strong sense of faith and spirituality among students, faculty, and staff

Qualifications:

• Master’s degree in Education or related field (Doctorate preferred)
• Valid Texas Principal Certification
• Strong commitment to Catholic education and faith-based values
• Excellent communication, interpersonal, and leadership skills
• Proven track record of academic achievement and student success
• Ability to inspire and motivate others toward a shared vision
• Must be a practicing Catholic
• Some Spanish Preferred
