General Purpose

The HR Recruiter Generalist will focus on recruiting, onboarding and related duties for St. Mark Village. The ideal candidate presents with a professional demeanor and an energetic spirit ready to tackle all challenges that may come. This role requires a healthy balance of self-sufficiency and ability to work within a team.

Position Responsibilities

• Use traditional and nontraditional resources, such as career fairs, online job fairs, open houses, community network events, etc., to identify and attract quality candidates
• Screen potential employees.
• Demonstrates the ability to build rapport with job seekers and hiring managers.
• Conducts onboarding for all staff.
• Collects onboarding documents including but not limited to, background checks, drug screens, licensures, etc.
• Processing onboarding all staff into HRIS system.
• Collects and processes all compliance data into HRIS system.
• Must be able to accomplish tasks with frequent interruptions
• Answer Human Resources phone calls and handles or directs call to appropriate individuals and takes messages as needed.
• Must be able to organize workday and workload without constant supervision.

Required Skills/Abilities:

• Proficient with Paycom or other electronic HRIS system preferred.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
• Excellent organizational and time management skills.
• Proficient with Microsoft Office Suite or similar software.
• Multitask efficiently.
• Maintain an organized work space.
• Maintain resumes and hiring candidates at a high volume

Education and Experience:

Required:

• Three years' experience in HR and/or recruiting.

St. Mark Village is a drug free workplace and conducts drug testing.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: From $48,000.00 per year
