This is a Part Time position for the Evening Shift (3p-11p). 2-3 days/week with the option of picking up additional shifts.
OVERVIEW:
Operate the switchboard by relaying incoming, outgoing, and inter-facility calls by performing the duties listed below. Receives Residents and guests and directs them to the proper area. Perform minor administrative duties. Blood and body fluids exposure: Category III.

QUALIFICATIONS:

Must be courteous, considerate and understanding when dealing with Residents, team members and visitors. Ability to work in close cooperation with others.
REQUIRED SKILL, EDUCATION AND/OR EXPERIENCE:
High school diploma or general education degree (GED); or one to three months related experience and/or training; or equivalent combination of education and experience.
LANGUAGE SKILL:
Ability to read and interpret documents such as safety rules, operating and maintenance instructions, and procedure manuals. Able to communicate effectively with Resident, other Staff members, and visitors. Must have a clear speaking voice.

While performing the duties of this job, the Team Member is regularly required to sit while talking or listening.
