**Job Overview:**
We are seeking a compassionate and dedicated Resident Assistant to join our team at an assisted living facility. The Resident Assistant will provide essential care and support to residents, ensuring their well-being and comfort.
**Duties:**
- Assist residents with activities of daily living (ADLs) such as bathing, dressing, and grooming
- Monitor and record vital signs
- Provide companionship and emotional support to residents
- Engage residents in social activities and recreational programs
- Maintain a clean and safe living environment for residents
- Assist with medications under the direction of healthcare professionals
**Experience:**
- Experience in senior care or memory care settings preferred
- Knowledge of assisted living systems and procedures
- Familiarity with first aid techniques
- Ability to assist with activities of daily living (ADLs)
- Previous experience in home care is a plus
