As an Admission Representative, you will play a crucial role in recruiting and enrolling students into our educational institution. Duties:
- Conduct presentations and public speaking engagements to promote our institution and attract prospective students
- Provide information and guidance to prospective students regarding admission requirements, programs, and campus life
- Assist students with the application process and ensure all necessary documents are submitted
- Conduct interviews and evaluate applicants based on their qualifications and suitability for our programs
- Collaborate with academic advisors to provide accurate information about program requirements and course offerings
- Utilize Ellucian or similar software systems to manage student records and track admissions progress
- Participate in recruitment events, college fairs, and other outreach activities to attract a diverse pool of applicants
- Maintain up-to-date knowledge of industry trends, educational policies, and regulations related to admissions

Experience:
- Previous experience in education administration or admissions preferred
- Strong public speaking skills with the ability to engage and captivate an audience
- Proven track record in recruiting and enrolling students
- Familiarity with Ellucian or similar student information systems is a plus
- Experience working with diverse student populations and providing academic advising support
