Assists the health care provider with special procedures, treatment of injuries and physical examinations. Demonstrates ability to confidentially use the Electronic Medical Record systems to accurately enter and complete data. Assumes and reports to the RN changes in resident/patient condition. Assists with admission/ transfer/discharge of residents/patients.
