St. Luke's Hospital is Hiring a Behavioral Health Program Manager (FT) Near Columbus, NC
- Demonstrates skill and knowledge of behavioral health team roles and business functions of a designated department.
- Monitors and operates within the program's defined resources.
- Provides clinical and administrative supervision of the department as related to the virtual program including scheduling and registration of patients, verification of insurance, assisting with connecting patients to telehealth providers either on-site or at-home instructions, the capture of clinical information in EMR, proper coding and charging of services rendered, and collection of co-pays and co-insurance payments.
- Works closely with telehealth vendors and provides regular performance feedback and evaluation.
- Collects required data for a grant.
- Maintains overall responsibility for services provided in the program.
- Works cooperatively with departments across St. Luke’s Hospital and outpatient departments.
- Provides program education to St. Luke’s providers, as well as community providers.
- Master's degree in a relevant human services field such as Social Work, Counseling, Psychology, Marriage and Family Therapy, or Nursing from an accredited school of graduate education preferred or Bachelor’s Degree in a related field.
- At least one year of experience in a mental health program.
- BLS, CPR, and NCI de-escalation training are required.
- Demonstrates knowledge of the principles of growth and development and demonstrates the skills and competency appropriate to the ages, culture, developmental stages, and special needs of the patient population served. The program will serve individuals 18-64 years of age.
