Job Description:
The essential functions and responsibilities for this position include a broad range of courtroom and clerical duties. The Deputy Clerk must exhibit the ability to clerk trials and hearing, mark and record evidence, administer oaths, read verdicts, and conduct themselves according to courtroom decorum. Maintaining confidentiality and the ability to keep emotions under control are essential to this position.

Physical: While performing the duties of this job, the DC is regularly required to stand; walk; sit; use hands to finger, handle, or feel and talk or hear.
